The JP CJP 012B manages the fuel mixture on the Hypermotard 821 across the whole operating range, which is what a racing exhaust and an open filter actually require.

The Injectors Are Standard
No hardware is replaced. The unit works with the fuel system the factory fitted and extends the injector opening time, which is all it needs to do.

Think about the USB connection before securing anything. A unit buried under a subframe means removing bodywork every time the map changes.
Plugs Still Tell You Something
Reading spark plugs is an old technique and a coarse one, but on a track bike after a full-throttle run it still catches a map that is badly wrong.

A file from an identical motorcycle saves the first evening and no more. Engines, sensors and exhausts vary enough that the last ten percent is always local work.
The Point of It
An engine that has been changed deserves a mixture that follows the change. This unit is the tool for doing that properly rather than approximately.

The unit does not switch anything off. It works alongside the standard strategies rather than around them, which is why the fault memory stays clean.
Not a Substitute for Mechanical Work
Worn guides, a tired chain, a blocked filter or a leaking inlet rubber all produce symptoms a map cannot fix. Adding fuel over a mechanical fault delays the repair and disguises the cause.
