The JP MJ 001 is what an owner fits to the Scrambler SIXTY2 after an exhaust, when the standard closed-loop correction has run out of authority.

Four Hundred Cubic Centimetres
The Sixty2 uses a smaller version of the air-cooled twin for licence-restricted riders. It needs to be worked harder than its bigger sibling.
Fuel Consumption
Expect no meaningful change. A richer cruise setting costs a little and a smoother throttle hand saves a little, and in practice the two cancel. Nobody should buy this expecting to notice anything at the pump.
What Changes at the Bottom
The first eighth of throttle travel is where a lean map shows itself, as a hesitation or a jerk when picking up drive. That transition is where a module earns its money on almost every motorcycle.
Emissions Testing and the Map
A homologation cycle measures a motorcycle at specific loads and speeds. Manufacturers map those regions carefully and the rider feels the result as a flat spot or a hesitation in exactly those conditions.
Rider Aids Are Blind to It
Traction control reads wheel speeds, not injector pulses. Nothing about the module's presence enters the calculation for any electronic aid on the motorcycle.
How Long It Takes
Between twenty minutes and an hour depending on the model. The variable is access to the injector harness and nothing else about the job changes.
The Airbox Lid
Owners sometimes drill or remove it hoping for the same result. That changes airflow without changing fuel and generally makes the mixture problem worse rather than better.
Second Hand Modules
They transfer between identical motorcycles because there is nothing stored in them that belongs to one machine. The harness is the part that has to match, not the module.
