Small parts are cheap until one of them is missing on a Friday afternoon. Sealing washers are consumables — they take their shape on first assembly. A plug that seals a gas port is a pressure part despite its size.

Genuine Service Part

An original part keeps the unit within its published specification; a near-equivalent quietly moves it. The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. Order by part number. The dimensions below are the ones Öhlins publishes for it. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue.

Identifying the Right Part

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 15436-01. The published dimensions are dimension a 8 mm, dimension b 25 mm, dimension c 2 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Shoulder screws set a clearance as well as clamping, which is why the length is exact. Sealing washers are consumables — they take their shape on first assembly.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 15436-01

Category: Washers

Dimension A: 8 mm

Dimension B: 25 mm

Dimension C: 2 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/15436-01_1bf16e8c-219f-4f4c-83ee-e685f5262cbb.png?v=1788878827
