The Accossato Ready To Brake 19x20 keeps the same dual-disc-rated 19 mm piston as the 19x19 version but moves to the longest pivot distance in the range, 20 mm, which Accossato calls the promptest setting because it shortens the lever stroke needed to reach full braking force. Accossato does not recommend this pivot for street use. The part shares the Ready To Brake shark body, integrated micro-switch and seven-colour folding lever, and is listed against the same 65 motorcycles in our fitment data as the 19x19.

Construction and Material Quality
As with every Ready To Brake unit, the body here is CNC machined from aluminium in Italy, and the hardware follows the same specification throughout the range: stainless steel screws, a zinc-plated bleed valve and Formula 1 compound seals, all chosen to keep performing after repeated heat cycles and continuous brake fluid contact. The offset fixing riser reduces flex of the body under hard braking and carries a quick-release jumper, so the unit can come off its clamp for servicing while the hose connection stays sealed and no fresh bleeding is required.
The Promptest Setting for Dual-Disc Brakes
Increasing the pivot distance to 20 mm, the longest offered on this piston size, shortens the amount of lever travel needed to reach full braking force, which is why Accossato calls it the promptest version available; the same geometry means more hand force is needed for the same braking power, which is why this setting is not recommended for everyday street use. On a dual-disc sportbike ridden hard on track, where the rider wants the shortest possible lever movement before both callipers bite, that trade-off works in the rider's favour. Riders who want a setting that also works comfortably on the road should look at the 19x19 version instead, which uses the same 19 mm piston with a pivot distance rated for mixed track and street riding.

Road Approval
This master cylinder is not supplied with German road-approval documentation; it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The package includes the Accossato Ready To Brake 19x20 radial brake master cylinder with the integrated micro-switch, fitted with a long folding lever and relieving eyelet (RST) in the colour selected, plus the matching mounting nut. Stainless steel mounting screws, the zinc-plated bleed valve and the Formula 1 compound seals are assembled on the unit. The fluid reservoir is not included and must be purchased separately.
