Track Performance Without Compromise

Ergal 7075 is the same high-tensile aluminium alloy used in aerospace and motorsport components — significantly stronger than standard 6061 and considerably lighter than steel. LighTech machines the TEKA002 from solid billet rather than casting it, which means no voids, no inconsistencies, and tolerances tight enough to satisfy a World Superbike paddock. The external fine-adjustment screw is the detail that separates this tensioner from OEM solutions: a single tool, a fraction of a turn, and the chain is set precisely where you need it, both sides indexed identically against the engraved scale.

Installation Note

For the best fit and full access to the adjustment screw, LighTech recommends replacing the standard axle nut with a lower-profile alternative. The titanium axle nut D024 is the factory-endorsed choice and is available as a bundle with this tensioner. The complementary fork kit FTEKA007 is also available separately as an accessory.
