DescriptionThe whole story▼

The SC77 Fireblade of 2017 to 2019 lost 15 kg against its predecessor and is a very compact motorcycle, and taller riders in particular feel the tight rider triangle. This MUE2 rearset for the Honda CBR 1000 RR of those years lets you open that triangle up or close it further, depending on your legs and your riding.

Key Features

  • Reverse shifting by turning the shift lever over
  • Carbon fibre heel guards on both sides
  • Brake and shift pedal length adjustable to your boot
  • CNC-machined high-strength aluminium, black anodised
  • Every part available individually as a spare
  • Road legal in Germany under ABE No. KBA 91506

Twenty steps for a compact bike

Five slide positions and four rotation positions at one point give twenty peg positions. On a bike as compact as the SC77, a small change is often all it takes: moving the peg slightly back relieves the knees without costing clearance, and the pedals are adjusted on eccentrics to match.

Reverse shifting with one turn

To change to the race pattern, the shift lever is simply turned over, no extra parts required. Carbon fibre heel guards on both sides complete the set and protect the boots, and the folding pegs keep the system within the road approval.

Road Approval

On the Honda CBR 1000 RR this rearset is covered by ABE No. KBA 91506, so it may be ridden on public roads without an inspection or an entry in the documents. The ABE requires the folding peg adapters and asks for the headlight aim to be checked after installation. A printed copy of the certificate travels with the bike.

Scope of Delivery

Both sides of the rider rearset are supplied ready to fit: adapter plates, peg carriers with folding footpegs, brake pedal and shift lever with linkage, and carbon fibre heel guards on both sides. The fitting instructions are included, together with the ABE certificate.
