Öhlins supports its suspension with individual service parts, which is why a fifteen-year-old damper can still be rebuilt to specification. If you are unsure which number your unit takes, send us the model and serial number of the damper and we will look it up. Service parts are supplied per piece unless the description says otherwise.

Identifying the Right Part

21630-04 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. The published dimensions are dimension a 43 mm, dimension b 50 mm, dimension c 54 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Fork legs are matched left and right on most Öhlins forks and are listed separately. Fork tubes are the structural part of the front end and carry the braking load into the yokes.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21630-04

Category: Fork Parts

Dimension A: 43 mm

Dimension B: 50 mm

Dimension C: 54 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21630-04_c3712a5e-4ef0-4798-ab32-5d76610bd1fa.png?v=1788879742
