DescriptionThe whole story▼

The Triumph Bonneville T214 was a special edition of the 900 twin, and Accossato lists it for a single model year, 2015. Because these bikes are relatively rare, owners tend to keep them in good order and ride them with care. For the front brake Accossato makes the AGPA72 pad in its Organic compound, the gentle, disc-friendly choice for owners who want to preserve the original parts of their bike while enjoying relaxed rides in fine weather.

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato's Organic compound is described by the company as offering lasting performance with limited disc wear. For the owner of a special edition like the T214, protecting the original disc is often a priority, and a pad that treats it gently fits that aim. The bite builds up progressively, which suits the unhurried way many T214 owners ride.

Keeping a Special Edition Original

Owners of limited editions often think about the long term. They keep the paperwork, look after the paint and try to preserve original components where possible. The brake disc is one of those parts: once worn, it has to be replaced. An organic front pad is the natural choice for someone who wants the disc to last as long as possible. It suits a bike that comes out on dry weekends, rides to a meeting or a show and returns to the garage in the evening. It also runs quietly, which fits the refined character of a classic twin.

Care After Storage

A T214 that has stood over winter deserves a brake check before its first ride. Look at the fluid, which absorbs moisture over time, check the disc for surface corrosion and clean the pistons before pushing them back when fitting new pads. After the change, pump the lever until firm and bed the pads in gently.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato lists AGPA72 for the front of the Bonneville 900 T214 in the 2015 model year only. The matching rear pad is AGPA76, also listed for 2015. One box contains a set for one caliper; count the calipers on the front wheel of your T214 before ordering.

Road Approval

Our records contain no ABE or German test document for AGPA72OR. It is supplied for competition use.
