Öhlins machines the ports rather than casting them, so the edges stay sharp and the flow predictable. Jets meter fixed bleed flow and are sized in tenths of a millimetre. Port area and shim seat geometry decide the damping curve before any adjuster is touched.

Original Öhlins Part

Rebuilding to specification only works if the parts are to specification — that starts here. The part number is the contract: it defines material, dimension and finish together. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure: a wrong part in a pressurised unit is an expensive lesson.

Getting the Number Right

Order under 21755-01. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. The published dimensions are dimension a 6 mm, dimension b 25 mm, dimension c 9 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Port area and shim seat geometry decide the damping curve before any adjuster is touched. A worn valve bleeds damping away without any visible symptom.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21755-01

Category: Valves

Dimension A: 6 mm

Dimension B: 25 mm

Dimension C: 9 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21755-01_5c03fa14-ccfe-4399-8569-5ae9f1979a8c.png?v=1788877758
