The raw titanium finish develops a characteristic heat-induced patina over time — a natural iridescence that no paint or coating can replicate — making each system genuinely unique after its first heat cycle. The Grid-O silencer shape, with its distinctive cylindrical profile and precision-machined end cap, is one of Spark's most recognisable designs, offering an understated aggression that complements the Panigale's angular fairing lines without visual excess.
The titanium headers are TIG-welded to Spark's exacting tolerances, with smooth internal transitions engineered to promote scavenging efficiency across the rev range.
