Where a part supersedes an older number, Öhlins states it in the catalogue. Service parts make the difference between a damper that is rebuilt and one that is replaced. Availability of individual parts is one reason Öhlins units stay in service for decades.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins manufactures service parts on the same lines as production parts — there is no second quality. Öhlins numbers every position so a workshop can order precisely what it needs, not a whole assembly. Öhlins parts are unit-specific: a close dimension is not a substitute. For a full rebuild, the seal kit plus the wear parts is usually the sensible order.

Identifying the Right Part

00191-10 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. Where a part supersedes an older number, Öhlins states it in the catalogue. Öhlins does not sell service parts as pattern equivalents — there is one specification.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00191-10

Category: Service Parts

Finish: Black

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00191-10_6cb6d053-d469-44ab-ae02-186074138c87.png?v=1788868923
