Fittings are specific to the hose and the housing they connect. A separating piston or bladder keeps nitrogen and oil apart. Hose length is specific to the installation and cannot be substituted freely.

Why the Original

Öhlins supports units that are decades old, which is why the spare parts list runs to thousands of numbers. Öhlins numbers every position so a workshop can order precisely what it needs, not a whole assembly. Where a number has been superseded, Öhlins states the replacement — we pass that on. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure: a wrong part in a pressurised unit is an expensive lesson.

Identifying the Right Part

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 05877-03. dimension a 36 mm, dimension b 90 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Öhlins pressure-tests hoses because they carry the full gas charge. The separating piston or bladder inside keeps gas and oil apart; if it fails, the damping goes with it.

Fitting and Setup Service

Fitting service parts means opening a pressurised unit. As an authorised Öhlins service centre we do that here, with the right tools and a dyno check afterwards — just ask.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 05877-03

Category: Reservoirs

Dimension A: 36 mm

Dimension B: 90 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/05877-03_fb6c1c87-a6b2-4dd7-9c34-029f67a05a89.png?v=1788877124
