Measure the old part against them before ordering. Öhlins pressure-tests its hoses because a reservoir line carries the full gas charge. The reservoir takes the oil the shaft displaces as it enters the damper. The reservoir holds the gas charge and the oil volume the damper displaces as the shaft enters it.

Genuine Service Part

Buying the individual part rather than a complete assembly is what makes servicing an Öhlins unit worthwhile. Öhlins lists this part under its own number in the service catalogue so a workshop can order exactly what it needs. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise. The Öhlins exploded view names the number for each position; we can look it up if you do not have it.

Identifying the Right Part

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 21651-01. Check dimension a 14 mm, dimension b 14 mm, dimension c 350 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. The separating piston or bladder inside keeps gas and oil apart; if it fails, the damping goes with it. Fittings are specific to the hose and the housing they connect.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21651-01

Category: Hoses

Dimension A: 14 mm

Dimension B: 14 mm

Dimension C: 350 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21651-01_821f57ba-a9ad-4574-850d-880b3e06eee3.png?v=1788877455
