The ADV Rally 7.5 HydraDri brings the feel of an off-road jacket to waterproof adventure riding. Leatt uses a light, extremely stretchy three-layer ripstop shell with a HydraDri MAX membrane rated at 30,000 mm, so the jacket moves with you when you stand, steer and fight the bike through ruts, yet keeps the rain out on the road home. The Grey colourway carries a rally-style chest stripe in orange and white.

Modular Protection
Instead of protectors sewn into pockets of the shell, the Rally 7.5 is sold with a separate inner protection jacket, a system Leatt describes as unique. It holds 3DF protectors to EN 1621-1 Level 1 at the shoulders and elbows and EN 1621-2 Level 1 at the back, and there is provision for a chest insert. Remove the inner jacket and you can wear your own body protector under the shell instead, which suits riders who prefer roost-deflector style armour off-road.
Built for Off-Road Heat
Ventilation is generous for a waterproof jacket. A full-length front zip opens the whole front panel, a large back vent stays open permanently, and two big underarm vents use waterproof YKK zips with a shock-cord quick-opening system. The collar is soft lined and adjusts with a shock cord to block wind and rain when you close everything up.
Neck Brace Integration
Leatt fits BraceOn loops and a thoracic insert on the back ventilation flap. Used with a Leatt 3.5 or 4.5 neck brace, this lets you take the jacket on and off without removing the brace from it.
Pockets and Hydration
There are five cargo pockets and two fleece-lined hand-warmer pockets, all zipped, waterproof lined and taped. The lower cargo pockets close with magnetic flaps. The hydration pocket fits 2-litre vertical bladders; an internal harness carries the weight and fully waterproof tunnels route the hose. A hydration clip is supplied and mounts on the left or right of the chest.
Materials and Fit
Deflextion panels add abrasion resistance at the shoulders and elbows. Three large hook-and-loop adjusters on each side and hook-and-loop cuffs set the fit. All outer zips are waterproof YKK, pocket tags are tough Hypalon, and the shell has a DWR C0/20 treatment. Leatt states that the materials are Bluesign approved and meet the latest USA PFAS standard.
What you should know
The Rally 7.5 is certified Class A, one level below the Class AA of Leatt's touring jackets, and its protectors are Level 1. That is the trade-off for a lighter, more mobile jacket aimed at off-road use. No chest protector or hydration bladder is included. The jacket weighs about 2,100 g, and Leatt gives a 5-year warranty.
Colour
Grey pairs a light grey body and sleeves with a darker taupe-grey panel across the chest and back. A horizontal stripe in orange-red and white runs across the upper chest and back, framed by black trims at the shoulders and Leatt logos on the sleeves. The light base shows mud after an off-road day but makes you easy to see in traffic.
