At 257 mm, the B9N is Accossato's closest length to the 255 mm B8N in the tapered 28 to 28.5 mm crossbar range, the same small step seen between the A8N and A9N in the constant-diameter series. The extra two millimetres suit a handlebar whose clamp points sit just slightly wider apart than the B8N allows for.

Construction and Material Quality
The B9N uses the same 28 to 28.5 mm clamp sizing as the rest of Accossato's tapered crossbar range, with each clamp closing in two halves around the bar and drawn down with two screws rather than one. The small length difference against the 255 mm B8N exists for the same reason it does in the constant-diameter A-series: handlebar clamp spacing is not identical across every model the crossbar might end up fitted to.
Choosing Between Close Lengths
Riders who find the 255 mm B8N a touch short, or the 265 mm B12N slightly long, have the 257 mm B9N as the length in between. Measuring the handlebar's own clamp points before ordering is the only reliable way to pick between lengths this close together, rather than guessing from the bike model alone.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato sells the B9N as a universal crossbar, not linked to named motorcycles. Measure the span between the intended clamp points before ordering and compare it against the 255 mm B8N and 265 mm B12N either side of the B9N, and confirm the bar is the 28 to 28.5 mm tapered type.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for the B9N; registration rules depend on the country, so check local requirements before road use.
