DescriptionThe whole story▼
A Tracer 900 covers ground quickly and quietly, and its owners tend to accumulate mileage at a rate that surprises people. High annual mileage is what turns a small ergonomic mismatch into something you think about daily.
Key Features
- Milled Gilles face for a secure gloved grip
- Bolts to the original master cylinder without adapters
- Reach adjustable through 35 positions, set by hand
- Central adjuster wheel, reachable from the riding position
- Folding blade that swings clear instead of snapping off
- Road legal in Germany under ABE No. KBA 91203
Construction
Milled from aluminium billet, bearing bore treated in its own pass, finished black. Free of slop, and treated to keep it on a bike working through far more hours per season than most.
Small Errors, Large Totals
A lever two millimetres too far out costs almost nothing per pull. Multiplied across a season of commuting and touring, it becomes the reason a rider's left forearm is tired and they cannot say why.
Adjusted Between Legs
The wheel turns by hand and holds without a lock nut, so the reach can follow a change of gloves rather than the rider adapting to it.
Road Approval
The part is covered by ABE No. KBA 91203, so it may go on a road-registered machine without an inspection and without any change to the documents. Carry the printout, which downloads from this page.
Scope of Delivery
One black clutch lever, on its own. Plan a moment to move the clutch switch actuator over from the lever you are removing; it is not supplied and the engine will not start in gear without it.
