DescriptionThe whole story▼
A ZX-10RR that is raced will eventually go down, and levers are among the first things to break when it does. KL210 puts a folding brake lever and a folding clutch lever on the bike as a single kit — the pair, matched, under one Bonamici Racing part number.
Key Features
- Complete pair rather than two separate purchases, which keeps the adjuster feel identical on both sides of the bar.
- Choice of half-lever colour included in the price, selected when the kit is ordered.
- Racing and straight half-lever profiles available for riders who prefer a different blade shape to the standard one.
- Billet high-strength aluminium construction.
- Anodised finish, made in Italy. Part number KL210.
Folding Levers Are a Scrutineering Item
Many national and club series require levers that fold or a lever guard, and increasingly both. The logic is straightforward: a rigid lever that catches another machine or the tarmac becomes a spike. A folding blade absorbs the same impact by moving. For an RR being prepared to a rulebook, the lever kit is usually on the list next to the engine covers.
Setting Both Hands the Same
Consistency between the two levers is worth more on a circuit than absolute position. If the clutch comes to the fingers at a different span than the brake, the rider recalibrates on every downshift, and that costs attention on corner entry where there is none to spare. Ordering the levers as a kit removes the mismatch before it starts.
Fitment and Compatibility
Listed by the manufacturer for:
- Kawasaki ZX-10 RR — model years 2016 through 2026
The kit covers both the 2016-2020 and 2021-onwards machines.
Road Approval
Bonamici publishes no ABE or type-approval for the kit. For competition the governing document is your series regulations.
