Öhlins publishes an exploded view for every unit, and each position in it has its own number. Öhlins does not sell service parts as pattern equivalents — there is one specification. The number on the part matches the number in the drawing, which makes identification unambiguous.

Genuine Service Part

Parts remain available years after a unit leaves the current price list, which is unusual in this trade. This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. Service parts are supplied per piece unless the description says otherwise. If you are unsure which number your unit takes, send us the model and serial number of the damper and we will look it up.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Öhlins identifies this position by the number 06057-02 in the exploded view for the unit it belongs to. This position has no published dimension, so the part number is the only reliable identifier. Ordering by number from the exploded view is the reliable way to get the right piece. Individual parts let a workshop replace only what is worn.

Fitting and Setup Service

A damper rebuild is workshop work: it needs the unit dismantled, the shim stack rebuilt in the correct order and the gas charge reset. We are an authorised Öhlins service centre and do exactly that in house — send us the unit or ask us to fit the part with your order.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 06057-02

Category: Service Parts

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/06057-02_abc08424-7f38-44a1-84b9-03117a02fd15.png?v=1788877311
