Play at a bushing lets the shaft run off centre and the seal wears unevenly. A bushing is a consumable and is replaced at rebuild rather than reused. Öhlins uses PTFE-coated bushings for a low breakaway force.

Original Öhlins Part

Öhlins supports units that are decades old, which is why the spare parts list runs to thousands of numbers. Rebuilding to specification only works if the parts are to specification — that starts here. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask.

Identifying the Right Part

Part number 21757-10 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. The published dimensions are inner diameter 22.2 mm, outer diameter 26 mm, length 125 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Both diameters and the length are specification rather than approximation. Play at the bushing shows up as a knock over sharp bumps.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21757-10

Category: Guides

Inner Diameter: 22.2 mm

Outer Diameter: 26 mm

Length: 125 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21757-10_9de366e0-13cd-4136-ad3c-b8209cfae93e.png?v=1788880204
