Fork parts are specific to the fork, not to the motorcycle it happens to be fitted to.

Key Features

Öhlins part number 15203-04

Original Öhlins service part

Dimension B 576 mm

Dimension A 48 mm

Dimension C 59.2 mm

What It Is

Öhlins publishes 48 mm, 576 mm, 59.2 mm for 15203-04 — the dimensions are the identity of the part. Fork tubes are the structural part of the front end and carry the braking load into the yokes. Axle clamps and lower legs are machined to hold the axle without distorting the fork. Bushings in the fork carry the side load; play there shows up as knocking under braking.

Original Öhlins Part

A damper that can be rebuilt is a damper that stays on the bike; that is the whole argument for original service parts. Öhlins keeps service parts available for units long after they leave the current price list. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order. If the unit is already apart, compare the published dimensions with the part in your hand.

Identifying the Right Part

Order under 15203-04. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Öhlins states dimension a 48 mm, dimension b 576 mm, dimension c 59.2 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. Top caps carry the adjusters and the preload mechanism. Bushings in the fork carry the side load; play there shows up as knocking under braking.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 15203-04

Category: Fork Parts

Dimension A: 48 mm

Dimension B: 576 mm

Dimension C: 59.2 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/15203-04_d706dd85-ea0f-496a-b3f8-3bd279137c60.png?v=1788876166
