Autumn rides on a Triumph Speed Triple 1050 R bring shaded bends that stay damp all day, leaves on the road and cold air that keeps the brakes cool. The rear brake is useful in those conditions for small, gentle speed corrections. Accossato lists the AGPA76 rear pad for the Speed Triple 1050 R, and this is the Sintered (ST) version, designed to grip consistently in the wet and at low temperatures. Our listing covers the model years 2012 to 2017.

Construction and Material Quality
The ST version of the AGPA76 is made from sintered material. Accossato states that it keeps a high, even level of grip at low and high temperatures and performs well on wet discs. On an autumn ride, where the brake is cold and the road damp, that consistency lets the rider make small corrections with confidence. The material is also designed for long life and reduced fade.
Shaded Bends in October
Autumn is a lovely time to ride but demands care. Roads that dry quickly in the sun stay wet under trees, and leaves hide patches of mud. On the Speed Triple 1050 R, the rear brake can be used to shed a little speed without loading the front tyre too heavily. A sintered pad that responds predictably when cold and wet makes those inputs easier. After riding, clean the brake and check that the pads move freely in the caliper. Cold weather also thickens old brake fluid a little and hides moisture it has absorbed over the years, so autumn is a sensible moment to have it renewed on the Speed Triple 1050 R before the bike is stored for winter.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists the AGPA76 for the rear of the Triumph Speed Triple 1050 R; Accossato's entry reads 2012 to 2018, and our listing covers 2012 to 2017. The bike has one rear caliper, so one box is enough. The DK132 disc is also catalogued for this model. The AGPA76 comes in Organic as well.
Road Approval
This pad has no German ABE and no road approval document is on file with us. We sell it for circuit and competition riding.
