DescriptionThe whole story▼
For eleven seasons, 2005 to 2015, the 300EXC Six Days edition took a two-hose braided kit from Accossato for the front and rear circuit in the standard S layout, the longest single-code run anywhere in this corner of the catalogue. The fitting can be ordered plain in stainless steel or painted in one of five colours, with twenty sheath shades for the braid.
Key Features
- Two-hose set for the 2005–2015 300EXC Six Days, front and rear
- Standard S-layout routing, matching the stock hose path
- Stainless steel or painted stainless fittings in five colours
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- An eleven-year run, one of the longest single codes in this range
Construction and Material Quality
Accossato finishes each hose with a stainless or painted stainless fitting over an aeronautical braid sheath, the fitting offered bare or in any of five painted colours, the braid itself in twenty shades. Since the routing mirrors the bike's own factory layout throughout, fitting the pair swaps only the hose material, not where either line travels.
An Eleven-Year Run, Then a Split Into Three
Where this single code covers eleven unbroken seasons, the years either side of it split into three separate, much narrower fitments: 2001 to 2004 and the lone 2016 model year share a single-hose kit, 2018 to 2023 covers the TPI generation under a rear-only part, and the current bike uses yet another code again. The grouping besides the 300EXC also reaches the 250EXC Six Days from a near-identical span of years. A workshop ordering for an older Six Days bike should check the exact year carefully, since this eleven-year code sits between two much narrower fitments that do not share its painted-fitting option.
Fitment and Compatibility
This kit fits the KTM 300EXC Six Days built from 2005 to 2015, and the same part also covers the 250EXC Six Days from 2004 to 2015. For 2001–2004 or 2016, use the single-hose AGA0277; for 2018–2023, use the rear-only AGA0284; for 2024–2025, use AGA0282.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit, so it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The kit contains 2 braided hoses for the Standard layout. Connecting hardware such as banjo bolts and sealing washers is not listed as included, so it is worth checking the hardware already on the bike before starting the job. Once fitted, the circuit should be filled and bled by a competent workshop before the bike is ridden.
