DescriptionThe whole story▼
The FX 450 cross-country model, built in 2023 and 2024, takes the same two-hose braided kit Accossato supplies for the rest of Husqvarna's current four-stroke range, covering the front and rear circuit in the standard S layout. Fittings are stainless steel only for this part, with the usual twenty sheath colours for the braid, and fitting the kit changes nothing about how the lines are routed.
Key Features
- Two-hose set for the 2023–2024 FX 450, front and rear
- Standard S-layout routing
- Stainless steel fittings only for this part
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- Shared part number across the current four-stroke range
Construction and Material Quality
Each hose is a stainless aeronautical braid sheath finished with stainless steel fittings at both ends; there is no painted-fitting version of this kit, so the twenty available sheath colours are the only way to vary the finished look. The braid construction is identical to that used across Accossato's current four-stroke kits.
One Code Across the Current Four-Stroke Line
This FX 450 shares its part number with the FC 250, FC 350, FC 450 and both the TC 125 and TC 250, since Accossato treats the hose pattern as identical across that current range regardless of whether the engine is a motocross or cross-country tune. An older 2022 FX 450 uses a different single-hose kit, AGA0275, and the 2018–2020 bikes use another two-hose part again, AGF3018, so the cross-country model's history runs across three separate fitments rather than one continuous part number.
Fitment and Compatibility
Ordering for the 2023 or 2024 FX 450 means this part, which Accossato also lists against the FC 250, FC 350, FC 450, TC 125 and TC 250 currently on sale. Going back to the 2022 model year calls for AGA0275 instead, and the 2018–2020 cross-country bikes call for AGF3018; the cross-country badge has moved through three different hose fitments in little over a decade.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit, so it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The kit contains 2 braided hoses for the Standard layout. Connecting hardware such as banjo bolts and sealing washers is not listed as included, so it is worth checking the hardware already on the bike before starting the job. Once fitted, the circuit should be filled and bled by a competent workshop before the bike is ridden.
