Öhlins supplies them with the fitting hardware they need. They are model-specific because the fork spacing and offset differ. Brackets locate the damper or reservoir against the chassis and take the load in one direction only.

Why the Original

Buying the individual part rather than a complete assembly is what makes servicing an Öhlins unit worthwhile. Parts remain available years after a unit leaves the current price list, which is unusual in this trade. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure: a wrong part in a pressurised unit is an expensive lesson. The Öhlins exploded view names the number for each position; we can look it up if you do not have it.

How to Be Sure It Fits

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 21628-22. This position has no published dimension, so the part number is the only reliable identifier. Fender brackets carry the mudguard on machines where the fork leg has no mounting of its own. Adaptor pieces let one damper body serve several mounting geometries.

Fitting and Setup Service

Fitting service parts means opening a pressurised unit. As an authorised Öhlins service centre we do that here, with the right tools and a dyno check afterwards — just ask.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21628-22

Category: Fender Brackets

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21628-22_65366f70-67a8-4561-86ad-76840199972b.png?v=1788879729
