The Spark Exhaust Konix Evo Titanium full exhaust system is a race-developed, road-ready upgrade that saves 4.4 kg over the stock exhaust — dropping the system weight from 8.5 kg down to 4.1 kg — and delivers a measurable power gain on the Aprilia RSV4 and RSV4 1100 Factory, RF and RR. Developed in partnership with the NUOVA M2 Racing Team, it contributed directly to the National Trophy 1000 Championship victory with Eddi La Marra and Lorenzo Savadori's second overall finish in the CIV Superbike Championship. The complete header-back fit and supplied mounting kit make installation straightforward, so the benefits are accessible well beyond the race paddock.

Race Pedigree, Road Practicality

The Konix Evo programme was not tuned on a simulator — it was refined across a full Italian superbike season. The header geometry and silencer volume are engineered together as a matched system, so mid-range throttle response is as strong as peak power. On a street RSV4 this translates into a more responsive, engaging ride every time you leave the garage, not only on a race-day warm-up lap.

The removable dB killer is the feature that makes this system genuinely versatile. Fit it for the commute or a Sunday road ride and the exhaust stays at a civil 104 dB. Pull it for a track day and the system opens up to its full 109 dB character. No tools, no secondary silencer, no compromise.

Construction & Materials

Both the header and the silencer body are fabricated from titanium — chosen for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and ability to cope with the extreme thermal cycles an RSV4 V4 generates. Titanium also develops a characteristic heat-tint finish over time, adding visual interest without any additional treatment. The carbon end cap is not decorative trim; it contributes to structural rigidity at the silencer exit and resists the heat that would degrade a painted alloy cap over the same mileage.

For the best possible power gains, Spark recommend a dedicated race map or a bespoke dyno tune to make full use of the freer-flowing system. The exhaust will run without a remap, but maximum performance requires the fuelling to be matched to the new header and silencer combination.
