The JP ACC MV002 shortens the Brutale 675's throttle travel for riders who open it deliberately, and asks for a diagnostic reset once the assembly is on the bar.

The Small Triple
MV built a 675 cc three cylinder for riders who wanted the marque without the intimidation. It revs hard and it needs to be kept there to feel right.
What Is in the Box
The throttle assembly itself. Grips, bar ends and switchgear are the rider's own and carry over from the standard unit.
Free Play
A standard assembly develops a small dead zone at the closed position with age. A machined one starts without it and keeps it that way.
Cable Feel Without a Cable
The intent stated by the manufacturer is the weight and progression of a cable throttle. Electronics removed that feel and this is an attempt to give it back.
What Actually Wears Out
The standard tube runs in a moulded bore and the pair slowly develop play. It is a slow failure and most owners never identify it as one.
Cable Guides
Nothing routes through the assembly on a ride-by-wire motorcycle, which is one of the few things that makes this job shorter than the same work on an older bike.
A Component That Reports
The grip's only output is an angle. Everything a rider feels afterwards is the controller's interpretation of that angle through whichever mode is selected.
Circuit Against Public Road
On a circuit the throttle is worked from a known position and the shorter sweep removes a pointless movement. On a road it is more complicated, because traffic, wet surfaces and long motorway stretches all reward fine metering at small openings.
Losing the Adaptations
Some models forget stored values when the battery is disconnected, which is a reason to do the electrical work and the throttle change in one session rather than discovering two separate problems in two separate weeks.
