The JP ACC AP009 puts a sixty degree rotation on the Tuono V4 1100 in place of the standard assembly, and leaves every riding mode and rider aid exactly as it was.

A Superbike Engine on a Wide Bar
Aprilia bored the V4 to 1077 cc for the Tuono and left the aggression intact. Upright bars with that much engine make the throttle the single most consequential control on the motorcycle.
How Far the Standard Grip Turns
Most manufacturers use somewhere between seventy and ninety degrees so that a novice cannot open it accidentally. Sixty is a deliberate move away from that.
Heated Grips
Factory heated grips are bonded to the standard tube on many models, which means the conversion costs them. It is worth knowing before the parts arrive.
Scrutineering
Nothing here affects a technical inspection at a circuit. The assembly is a standard-looking part in a standard position doing a standard job.
Road Legality
The throttle is part of the motorcycle's controls, and a part that changes their operation is worth declaring where local rules require it.

No extra power, no different fuelling, no change to any rider aid. Anybody expecting the motorcycle to accelerate harder has misread the part.
