Built to a Price That Works
Triumph undercut the class at launch and did it without obvious compromises. The suspension and the brakes are where a cheaper bike would have given way.
A Name With Weight
Reviving Daytona after the 675 went out of production was a risk, and Triumph handled it by not pretending the new bike was the old one.

Where Both Halves Sit
The solenoid connector is under the tank near the airbox and the reed housing is on the cylinder head below it. They are within a hand's reach of each other, which is another reason to address them together.
The Hose Comes Out
With both ends closed there is nothing for it to do, and removing it is what makes the top of the engine look finished.
