The JP ES KIT16 is the complete air injection deletion for the RC8 R, both halves supplied in one part number.

Two Parts, One Job
The eliminator for the monitored circuit and the plugs for the cylinder heads. On a bike being prepared for a circuit, doing half of it makes no sense.
Superstock and Superbike
KTM ran the RC8 R in national and international championships and won at Superstock level. The road bike inherited rather more of that programme than most homologation stories admit.
Fairing Off First
Access to the tank means panels off, which is exactly why doing both halves in one session is worth the difference on this motorcycle.
The Sequence
Panels, seat, tank, hoses, housings, plugs, connector. Nothing has to come off twice.
Both Cylinders
The seventy-five degree V-twin carries the arrangement twice and the kit contains two plugs.
Fifteen Years of Heat Cycles
The reeds on any surviving RC8 are past their useful life whether or not they have failed. Removing them is one fewer thing to diagnose later.
Nothing Modified
KTM's own connector and fastener positions throughout, with the original torque figures.
Before the Dyno
Air entering after combustion makes gas analysis meaningless, and an RC8 on a dyno is usually there for a reason.
Type Approval
Removing the system ends road legality in Europe, which on a track bike is rarely the deciding factor.
Reversible
Keep the standard parts and the motorcycle returns to specification.
A Hundred and Seventy-Five Horsepower
From 1195 cc and two cylinders, in a chassis that adjusts almost everywhere. The RC8 R never took a world title and it produced one of the better sounding race bikes of its era, and depreciation has since made it one of the more affordable ways onto a circuit on something genuinely quick.
