The JP MJ 008 plugs into the Daytona 660's injector harness on its own connectors, leaving the loom untouched and the whole change reversible in a minute.

The Name Returns
Triumph put the 660 triple into faired bodywork and revived a badge that had been dormant for years. It is aimed at riders rather than at lap times.
Why the Factory Map Is Cautious
A manufacturer maps one motorcycle for every market, every fuel quality and every altitude it will ever be sold into, then adds a margin for emissions testing. That margin is not a mistake. It is simply not tuned for one bike, one climate and one exhaust system.
No Laptop Required
JetPrime works out the curve for that engine and ships it in the module. There is no software to install, no cable to buy and no afternoon spent learning an interface, which is the entire point of the preset version.
Small Openings Matter Most
Almost all road riding happens in the first quarter of throttle travel. A change there is felt on every corner exit and in every roundabout, which is why response is a better sales argument than peak power.
Approval and Local Rules
Fuelling forms part of the emissions approval in most European markets. Changing it moves the motorcycle outside its approved state, which is worth understanding rather than discovering.
The Other Unit in the Range
JetPrime also sells a programmable control unit at a higher price for owners who want to shape the curve themselves. This one is for owners who would rather not.
Winter Storage
Nothing about the module objects to a cold garage and there is no battery in it. It draws no current when the ignition is off and needs no attention over a layup.
Popping on Overrun
Some of it comes from the emissions hardware in the exhaust rather than from the mixture, so a fuel module reduces it in some cases and not in others.
