DescriptionThe whole story▼
A leased motorcycle has to go back one day. For a new model such as the CB750 Hornet with Honda's E-Clutch, listed for 2026, a lease is one way to ride without paying the full price at once. At the end of the contract, though, the bike is inspected, and damage beyond normal wear is charged. A bent or scraped brake lever is exactly the kind of detail that appears on such a report. For the CB750 Hornet E-Clutch of 2026, Accossato lists the AGD207, a silver replacement brake lever of the original type.

Construction and Material Quality
The AGD207 is an original-type spare, shaped after the brake lever Honda fits, so the right side of the handlebar on the CB750 Hornet E-Clutch looks unchanged once it is in place. Accossato developed it with good value for money in mind and says that the process used to make it gives the lever increased resistance after damage or a fall. The colour is silver. No further technical information is published by the manufacturer.
Before the Lease Ends
Lease contracts usually distinguish between normal wear and damage. Worn tyres, a used chain and small marks from everyday riding are often accepted; bent levers, scraped bar ends and cracked indicators are not, and they are charged at the rates the inspector applies. It pays to deal with such details before the return date rather than after. Go round the CB750 Hornet a few weeks before it is due back, in daylight, and note everything a stranger might see. Some points will need a workshop, but a bent brake lever is something you can change yourself if you are careful. Clean and grease the pivot, fit the new lever, check that it returns freely and that the brake light responds, and feel for a firm pressure point with the bike standing still. The E-Clutch changes how the clutch is operated, not how the front brake works, so nothing about this job is different from the conventional Hornet. Read your contract first, though: some leases require repairs to be carried out by an authorised dealer, and in that case ask whether they will fit a part you supply.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists the AGD207 for the CB750 Hornet E-Clutch of 2026. The same lever is listed with us for the conventional CB750 Hornet, the CB500X and the XL750 Transalp. Accossato's CNC brake lever for the E-Clutch model is EDF018. Please compare our photo with the brake lever on your bike before ordering.
Road Approval
No ABE or test mark has been provided to us for the AGD207. It is therefore listed for racing and competition.
