Mounting hardware is model-specific even where the damper body is common. A cracked bracket is a safety matter, not a cosmetic one. A cracked bracket is a safety matter rather than a cosmetic one.

Why the Original

The tolerances here are the ones the unit was assembled to, not a pattern equivalent's interpretation of them. The part number is the contract: it defines material, dimension and finish together. Order by part number — descriptions repeat across sizes, numbers do not. If you are unsure which number your unit takes, send us the model and serial number of the damper and we will look it up.

Getting the Number Right

Order under 03102-20. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. A housing carries adjusters and their seals, so its bores matter as much as its outside. Mounting hardware is model-specific — the damper body may be common, the brackets never are.

Fitting and Setup Service

Fitting service parts means opening a pressurised unit. As an authorised Öhlins service centre we do that here, with the right tools and a dyno check afterwards — just ask.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 03102-20

Category: Brackets

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/03102-20_33c5709e-dfe8-4b89-b96c-414f23e55aa7.png?v=1788874533
