DescriptionThe whole story▼

We should be straightforward: an off-road pad is an unusual thing to fit to a KTM RC 200. Accossato nonetheless lists AGPP91 in its Off-road sintered mixture for the RC 200 from 2014 to 2024, because the same backing plate is shared with enduro and trail machines. The compound targets off-road riders. On the RC it only makes sense for owners whose everyday route includes unsealed roads, dusty quarry lanes or muddy tracks between villages.

Key Features

  • Rear pad set AGPP91 for the KTM RC 200, 2014 to 2024
  • STMX mixture, SKU AGPP91STMX
  • Accossato's compound for off-road riders
  • Tolerates dust, mud and grit around the caliper
  • Only worth considering if your RC 200 regularly leaves tarmac
  • OR and ST remain the usual pick for road use
  • The same rear plate is made as OR and ST
  • No ABE on file with us; for competition use

Construction and Material Quality

For STMX, Accossato gives a single statement: it is the compound meant for riders who head off-road. We repeat that and nothing more. About its range in general, the Villastellone company says the pads stay cool enough to limit fade, stop firmly and wear slowly. The STMX block sits on the standard AGPP91 plate, so the RC 200 rear caliper takes it without any change.

Unsealed Roads on a Sports Bike

In many regions the final few hundred metres of a journey are unsealed. On such surfaces a low sports bike is slowed mainly with the rear, since the front tyre can skip on loose stones. The rear caliper then sits in a cloud of dust and spray, and a pad designed for dirt copes with that environment. If you never ride off tarmac, choose the everyday or wet-weather version on the same plate instead; we would rather tell you than sell you the wrong pad.

After a dusty trip, rinse the caliper with low-pressure water and dry it. Look for scoring on the disc, and clean the pistons before pushing them back during a pad change.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato lists AGPP91 for the rear of the KTM RC 200 across 2014 to 2024, and AGPA184 for the front over the same years. No Accossato disc appears for the bike. Compare the pad outline with your old set before fitting.

Road Approval

We hold no ABE or approval certificate for AGPP91STMX. It is sold for off-road competition.

Scope of Delivery
