DescriptionThe whole story▼
A period-shaped silencer in a finish that hides it. Spark's Black Series treatment on the 60's system is the quietest-looking exhaust it builds for the Trident — classic outline, no shine, and a road certificate.
Key Features
- Homologated full system for the Triumph Trident 660, Tiger Sport 660 and Daytona 660.
- Black Series finish across collector, pre-silencer box and silencer.
- 60's silencer from Spark's modern-classic range.
- Racing catalytic converter, heavily impregnated with noble metals.
- Certificate from the Italian Ministry of Transport.
- Same price as the Moto GP Black Series version.
A Classic Shape Without the Shine
The 60's is the one silencer in Spark's Trident programme not derived from racing — a period-correct silhouette from the modern-classic range, offered alongside the Evo V and Gp Style cases. In brushed stainless it reads as a nod to an older motorcycle.
In Black Series it stops referencing anything. The shape stays classic but the surface gives nothing back, and what you end up with is a Trident whose exhaust is present in outline and absent in every other way. On a bike finished in a dark colour that is a very complete-looking result.
Two Silencers, One Price
Spark charges the same for this and for the Moto GP Black Series system. The collector, the box, the catalyst, the certificate and the finish are identical; only the case at the end differs.
So the decision is about the motorcycle rather than the money. The Moto GP is short, round and wide at the outlet — a racing shape. The 60's is longer and more conventional. On a Tiger Sport with luggage the classic case sits more naturally; on a Daytona 660 the short one usually wins.
A Note on the Name
Spark's product pages call this silencer the 60's; the dealer price list files the same part under Evo V. Both are cases from the modern-classic range, and the difference is in the paperwork rather than in the box.
We follow the product page, which names the silencer for this specific code. If your invoice reads Evo V, this is the same article.
What the Finish Does Not Change
Underneath, the mechanical specification is unchanged: AISI 304 collector and pre-silencer box, a racing catalytic converter with heavy noble-metal loading, and a certificate from the Italian Ministry of Transport.
Spark publishes the homologation numbers that certificate covers so owners can match them against the vehicle documents before ordering. The approval is tied to those numbers and not to the colour.
Fitment & Compatibility
Triumph Trident 660, Tiger Sport 660 and Daytona 660, 2021 through 2026. The plain stainless version is GTR8819IOM. The racing version in the same finish, without a catalyst, is GTR8819B. With the Moto GP silencer in Black Series the system is GTR8818BOM. For the 2025 machines the equivalent is GTR8830BOM.
Road Approval
Homologated, with a certificate from the Italian Ministry of Transport.
