DescriptionThe whole story▼
A combined throttle housing and switch block for a Panigale V2 running a Feel Racing dashboard.

- Wired for the Feel Racing dashboard
- Throttle housing with integrated switch block
- CNC-machined from Ergal 7075
- Black anodised
- Military-specification sealed elements
Matched to the Display
This body's switch inputs go to the Feel Racing unit rather than to Ducati's electronics. What each button does is defined in that system's configuration.
The Order of Installation
Dashboard, racing loom, then this component. Fitted to a motorcycle still carrying its original harness, the block has nothing to communicate with and no amount of persistence changes that.
Italian Racing Suppliers
A cluster of small Italian manufacturers builds dashboards and management systems for club and national teams. Their equipment is not sold through showrooms and it exists because paddocks asked for it.
A Popular Class Machine
The Panigale V2 turns up throughout national supersport racing because it is light, willing and comparatively affordable to run. It is one of the more common bikes to find with a data system in it.
Sealed to Military Standard
The elements inside are specified far past road requirements. A race bike meets more water in one season, mostly from a pressure washer, than a road bike does in five years.
A Machined Bore
The throttle tube runs in a bore that is cut rather than formed. On a race motorcycle the throttle is worked harder than any other control and any slack in the assembly is obvious.
Black Anodised
Converted into the aluminium. On a competition bike the finish is chosen for durability under cleaning rather than for how it looks on a stand.
Built for Rebuilds
Ergal 7075 cut from solid. The component is removed and refitted repeatedly through a season without ever developing the looseness a clipped moulded housing shows.
Nothing Standard Remains
A V2 with a race dashboard has had its electronics comprehensively replaced, usually alongside the exhaust, the suspension and the bodywork. This is one part of a build rather than a modification to a road bike.
