Where It Sits
This one measures 1.5 mm, 13 mm, and those figures are what separate it from the neighbouring numbers. Öhlins keeps tooling for older units, which is why parts remain available. Öhlins publishes an exploded view for every unit, and each position in it has its own number. Öhlins publishes an exploded view for each unit, and every position in it carries its own number.
Genuine Service Part
Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier. Öhlins parts are unit-specific: a close dimension is not a substitute.
Identifying the Right Part
If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 00673-04. The published dimensions are dimension a 1.5 mm, dimension b 13 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Replacement parts come from the same production as the components they go into. Individual parts let a workshop replace only what is worn.
Fitting and Setup Service
We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.
