The Spark Exhaust Grid-O full titanium complete exhaust system transforms the Aprilia RS 660 into a sharper, lighter machine. Spark lists it as a racing part: it carries no road approval. With a 3.0 kg weight saving over the stock unit, a removable db-killer and a pillion footpeg bracket included as standard, it is among the better equipped racing systems in its class.

Everyday Usability
What sets the Grid-O apart from more spartan racing hardware is the practical thought behind its packaging. The db-killer ships inside the box, ready to fit whenever you need to comply with noise limits at a trackday. Swap it out in minutes and the full 107 dB race character is restored. The included pillion footpeg bracket keeps the pillion footrests in place — a detail that matters if somebody rides on the back. It does not, however, give the exhaust a road approval.

The GRID-O silencer design feeds directly from Spark's involvement with professional championship machinery, where unrestricted performance is non-negotiable. Road Approval
None. Spark lists this part as racing: it carries no EC homologation certificate. It must not be fitted to a motorcycle ridden on public roads, and a fitted dB killer does not change that.
