DescriptionThe whole story

On the QJMotor SRK 1051 RR the front tyre, not the brake, sets the limit. The B005 is ZCOO's shape for the Brembo caliper of the QJMotor SRK 1051 RR, 102.2 mm long and 8.05 mm thick. The B005 in EX Race trim is the version ZCOO builds for riders who value feel over first bite.

Key Features

  • Compatible with the standard Brembo retaining pin and spring of the SRK 1051 RR - nothing else to buy
  • Ceramic-sintered EX Race compound: on the SRK 1051 RR the braking force rises in proportion to lever pressure instead of snapping in
  • Laser-cut backing plate holds the friction face flat when the Brembo caliper spreads under peak line pressure
  • Low noise and low rotor scoring, which on an SRK 1051 RR means the discs outlast several sets of pads
  • Ceramic sintering keeps the coefficient of friction stable across the temperature swing a SRK 1051 RR sees in a single descent
  • No ECE R90 type approval is documented for this compound - treat the B005 as a track and competition part

Construction and Material Quality

The B005 is made by Okada Corporation in Japan. Sintering fuses the ceramic to the plate, which is what lets the B005 hold together where an organic pad has begun to break down. For the rider of an SRK 1051 RR the whole of that engineering shows up as one thing: a lever that means the same on the last stop as on the first.

Performance and Feel

Riders moving to EX Race from an OEM organic pad usually describe the SRK 1051 RR's brake as becoming quieter rather than stronger. The harder EXC Endurance mixture bit sooner and lasted longer, but asked considerably more of a SRK 1051 RR disc than the B005 in EX Race does. Over a session on the QJMotor SRK 1051 RR that consistency is worth more than any single hard stop.

Fitment and Compatibility

ZCOO's fitment data gives the B005 for the SRK 1051 RR built between 2026 and 2026. Before ordering, check that your caliper takes a pad of 102.2 mm length and 42.0 mm height. The B005 is a front pad only. The same B005 shape covers 117 further machines in the 2026 catalogue.

Road Approval

No ECE R90 type approval is documented for this pad. It appears neither in ZCOO's own catalogue nor on the European distributor's site, and no approval number is printed on the packaging data available to us. ZCOO itself describes the compound as suited to competition machines and road machines alike, but that is a description of the mixture, not a type approval. Until the distributor confirms an approval in writing, treat this as a track and competition part: in Germany a replacement brake pad without ECE R90 approval may not be fitted to a motorcycle used on public roads. Ask us before ordering if you need this clarified for your machine.
