DescriptionThe whole story

Constructed in autoclave-cured carbon fibre and engineered exclusively for track use, the Fullsix Carbon monocoque seat unit transforms the Ducati Panigale 959 (2016-2019) into a machine that looks and performs every bit the part on circuit. Where lesser aftermarket fairing parts compromise on weave consistency or finish, Fullsix sets the benchmark with genuine motorsport manufacturing quality from the first ply to the final coat.

Key Features

  • Genuine autoclave-cured carbon fibre construction — exceptional stiffness-to-weight ratio born from motorsport manufacturing processes
  • Bolted underside sub-panel for added rigidity and secure fitment under hard cornering and braking
  • OEM-precision dimensions for a seamless plug-and-play installation — no cutting, drilling or adaptation required
  • UV-resistant, weather-stable finish that will not yellow, fade or deform over time
  • Available in two weave structures and four surface finishes to match your build aesthetic exactly
  • Designed and tested for the rigours of track use, where load cycles and vibration demand uncompromising material integrity

Autoclave Quality — Why It Matters

Fullsix manufactures every carbon component in an autoclave under high pressure and elevated temperature, a process that consolidates the resin matrix and eliminates voids to produce a part with superior material density compared to wet-lay or vacuum-bagged alternatives. The result is a monocoque seat unit that is feather-light yet rigid enough to withstand the relentless punishment of a full track day without flex or fatigue.

Weave Structure and Surface Finish Options

Two carbon weave structures are offered to suit different aesthetic preferences. The 200 Plain weave mirrors the factory Ducati style for a classic, understated appearance, while the 245 Twill weave delivers a finely interlaced racing look that catches the light at every angle.

Each weave structure is available in a selection of surface finishes, each identified by its own part number:

  • Glossy: MD-9915-C56 (Plain) | MD-9915-TC56 (Twill)
  • Matte: MD-9915-M56 (Plain) | MD-9915-TM56 (Twill)
  • Raw (untreated): MD-9915-R56 (Plain) | MD-9915-TR56 (Twill)
  • Satin: MD-9915-S56

Installation

Because Fullsix develops the monocoque seat unit to OEM tolerances, fitting is entirely straightforward. Remove the original seat unit, position the Fullsix carbon replacement, and secure it using the existing fixings. No modification to the chassis, subframe or wiring is required.

Track Use Notice

This is a motorsport component intended exclusively for closed-circuit racing and track use. It is not approved for use on public roads.
