A hose-mounted reservoir lets the damper be fitted where a piggyback would not go. Öhlins pressure-tests hoses because they carry the full gas charge. Hose length is part of the installation and cannot be substituted freely.

Original Öhlins Part

The part number is the contract: it defines material, dimension and finish together. The tolerances here are the ones the unit was assembled to, not a pattern equivalent's interpretation of them. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure: a wrong part in a pressurised unit is an expensive lesson.

How to Be Sure It Fits

The reliable route is the exploded drawing: find the position, read the number, order it — 00637-05 in this case. Öhlins states dimension a 10 mm, dimension b 10 mm, dimension c 330 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. Öhlins pressure-tests hoses because they carry the full gas charge. Hose length is part of the installation and cannot be changed freely.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00637-05

Category: Hoses

Dimension A: 10 mm

Dimension B: 10 mm

Dimension C: 330 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00637-05_00bd09a6-ef31-49b8-9c76-cf5929f0c51e.png?v=1788869984
