Measure the old part against them before ordering. This part comes from the same production line as the components it is fitted to. Service parts make the difference between a damper that is rebuilt and one that is replaced. Öhlins supports its units with individual parts rather than only with complete assemblies.

Genuine Service Part

The tolerances here are the ones the unit was assembled to, not a pattern equivalent's interpretation of them. Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. For a full rebuild, the seal kit plus the wear parts is usually the sensible order. If the unit is already apart, compare the published dimensions with the part in your hand.

Identifying the Right Part

Order under 00563-23. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Öhlins states dimension a 16 mm, dimension b 47 mm, dimension c 19 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. Availability of individual parts is one reason Öhlins units stay in service for decades. Where a part supersedes an older number, Öhlins states it in the catalogue.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00563-23

Category: Service Parts

Dimension A: 16 mm

Dimension B: 47 mm

Dimension C: 19 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00563-23_8316da5d-e71d-47aa-9c17-80852b9099d4.png?v=1788869685
