The Figure We Will Not Guess

Spark's website gives the internal diameter as 38 mm. Spark's 2026 dealer price list describes the same article as Ø61–Ø45. Outer diameter and length match across both; the bore does not.

Seven millimetres is not a rounding error — it is nearly forty per cent of flow area, and it is the difference between an insert that trims and one that transforms. So we are printing both figures rather than choosing one. If the bore decides your purchase, tell us and we will have Spark confirm it before the order goes out.

The Dyno Silencer

Dyno is Spark's racing case, the one that appears on its three-quarter kits and full systems for Panigale and similar machines. It is a large-diameter silencer, which is why the insert body is 61 mm — the widest in this catalogue.

Nothing from another family will fit it, and this insert will not fit anything else.

Two Dyno Inserts

Spark lists this one and G9998, the black Ø61–Ø28. The second is far more restrictive and is the part for a strict limit; this one is the everyday plug.

A Hundred and Fifteen Millimetres

Long enough to work on the gas column over a distance rather than at a point, which is how an insert of this diameter manages a useful reduction at all. Check that the case has the clear length before ordering.

Sixty-One Millimetres

The widest insert body Spark builds, and a figure unique to the Dyno case. There is no risk of confusing this article with anything else in the range — it will not go into any other silencer.
