Shoulder screws set a clearance as well as clamping, which is why the length is exact. Stop washers limit travel of an internal part and are sized to that job. Small parts are cheap until one of them is missing on a Friday afternoon.

Genuine Service Part

This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. A damper that can be rebuilt is a damper that stays on the bike; that is the whole argument for original service parts. If the unit is already apart, compare the published dimensions with the part in your hand. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Order under 01652-04. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Check dimension a 8 mm, dimension b 14 mm, dimension c 2.5 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Fasteners in a damper see pressure, heat and vibration at once, which is why the grade matters. Ordering the small parts with the seal kit saves the second delivery that most rebuilds otherwise need.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 01652-04

Category: Washers

Dimension A: 8 mm

Dimension B: 14 mm

Dimension C: 2.5 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/01652-04_b6815fad-ea40-420f-94a4-68def6d26ca1.png?v=1788873888
