The Accossato CNC-worked 19x19 shares its 19 mm piston with the 19x18 version in the same flagship line, but sets the lever pivot one millimetre further out at a fixed 19 mm, a distance Accossato classes as a mixed track and street setting rather than a dedicated track figure. The 19 mm piston remains the size specified for dual-disc front brakes, and the unit is fitted with the insert-adjustable Revolution Lever, available in seven colours to match the rest of the motorcycle.

Construction and Material Quality
This is another of Accossato's flagship radial units, CNC machined from aluminium billet in Italy and finished with natural anodising rather than a coating. Stainless steel screws secure the body to its clamp, the bleed valve is zinc-plated steel, and the seals are formed from Formula 1 compound to withstand the heat and fluid exposure a front brake system sees over time. An offset riser inside the clamp resists bending of the unit under hard braking, and the passive stroke of the lever, the gap before the pads begin to bite, is cut by more than half compared with a standard radial master cylinder of similar size.
What a Fixed 19 mm Pivot Means in Practice
Where the PRS versions in the Accossato range let the pivot distance move between several settings, this unit fixes it at 19 mm, the longest of the figures Accossato uses on its 19 mm piston brake pumps. A longer pivot gives a firmer, more direct lever feel for a given hand force, and Accossato describes this particular setting as a mixed track and street figure rather than purely one or the other, so it suits riders who split their time between the two rather than favouring an especially light or especially short lever stroke. Fine adjustment is still possible through the Revolution Lever's insert system, without moving the pivot itself.

Road Approval
This master cylinder is not supplied with German road-approval documentation; it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The package includes the Accossato CNC-worked 19x19 radial brake master cylinder fitted with the Revolution Lever in the colour selected, finished in natural anodised aluminium. Stainless steel mounting screws, the zinc-plated bleed valve and the Formula 1 compound seals are assembled on the unit. The stop light switch, available separately as ID001 or ID002, and the fluid reservoir are not included and must be purchased separately.
