The Accossato 19x20 is the CNC-worked flagship of the brand's radial brake master cylinder range, built for riders who want the shortest possible lever stroke and the most direct bite from the front brake. The 19 mm piston is sized for dual-disc front brake systems, and the fixed 20 mm pivot distance is the promptest setting Accossato offers, trading a touch more hand force for a noticeably shorter stroke before the pads engage. The Revolution lever, adjustable in reach by adding or removing its internal inserts and offered in seven colours and three lengths, keeps the control tailored to the rider's hand on naked bikes, adventure machines, cruisers and superbikes alike.

Construction and Material Quality
This master cylinder is fully made in Italy and CNC machined from aluminium, which is how Accossato builds the unit it treats as its flagship radial brake master cylinder. The mounting screws are stainless steel, the bleed valve is zinc-plated steel, and the internal seals are manufactured from Formula 1 compound so that repeated heat cycles and brake fluid contact do not compromise the seal over time. An off-set riser sits in the mounting clamp to reduce bending of the unit while the brake is applied hard, and the internal geometry is shaped so the passive stroke, the travel before the pads actually bite, is cut by more than half compared with a standard radial master cylinder of this type.
Why the 20 mm Pivot Distance Suits Committed Braking
Accossato builds this master cylinder around a fixed 20 mm distance between the lever's rotation point and its pumping axis, which the manufacturer describes as the promptest version in the range because it shortens the lever stroke needed to reach full braking force. Applying the same hand force at the lever, a bigger distance of this kind asks for more strength to generate the same braking pressure, which is why Accossato does not recommend this particular ratio for everyday street use and instead positions it for track and competition riding, where a shorter, sharper stroke matters more than a light lever feel. The Revolution lever fitted to this unit keeps the reach adjustable independently of that ratio, since its length changes by fitting or removing small inserts inside the lever body rather than by altering the master cylinder itself, so a rider can fine-tune hand position across the long, medium and short settings without touching the braking characteristics the 20 mm pivot distance delivers.

This master cylinder is not supplied with German road-approval documentation; it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The package includes the Accossato 19x20 CNC-worked radial brake master cylinder fitted with the Revolution lever in the colour and length selected. Stainless steel mounting screws, the zinc-plated bleed valve and the Formula 1 compound seals are assembled on the unit. The stop light switch, available separately as ID001 or ID002, and the fluid reservoir are not included and must be purchased separately.
