Spark's titanium racing collector paired with the 350 mm Force Evo silencer — the quietest of the three silencers that fit this collector, and the one to order when the noise meter at your circuit has the last word. The pair weighs 4.4 kg against 10.4 kg for the factory system.
Key Features
- Titanium racing collector (GBM8821R) combined with the 350 mm Force Evo silencer (GBM8824ST).
- 4.4 kg against 10.4 kg standard — 6.0 kg saved.
- Force Evo is the restrained one of Spark's race silencers: the rib along the titanium case runs into a carbon end cap.
- Supplied with the racing hanger that carries the silencer off the chassis, plus the complete mounting kit.
- Same collector as the Konix Evo and Grid-O systems — the silencer is what changes.
- Fits S1000RR, M1000RR, M1000R and, per Spark's listing, the S1000R.
Build Quality & Materials
This is sold as a pair of part numbers rather than a single system code, and that is not an accident of the catalogue. The collector is the expensive half and the half that stays with the bike; silencers are consumable in racing terms — they get crashed, repacked and swapped when a series changes its noise rule. Spark builds three that bolt to this one collector, so the pair notation tells you exactly what you own and what you can change later.
The Force Evo case carries a single longitudinal rib. It looks like styling and it is not: a thin titanium shell needs stiffening across its span, and the rib provides it while converging neatly into the lines of the carbon end cap. Inside, the perforated tube and inner end cap are titanium too.
Performance & Sound
Spark quotes 104 dB for the Force Evo on this collector, against 107 dB for the Konix Evo and 114 dB for the Grid-O. Three decibels does not sound like much written down; at a circuit with a hard 105 dB limit it is the difference between riding and loading the van.
The collector geometry comes from Spark's championship work — CIV, CEV, British Superbike, the Isle of Man TT and the Endurance World Championship all run the same pipework.
Installation
Spark's own notes:
- Full system for racing use.
- Not compatible with passenger footpegs.
- The mounting kit includes the holder that fixes the silencer to the original rear frame.
- Compatible with the original fairings and with original or aftermarket radiators.
Fitment & Compatibility
BMW S1000RR (2019-2026), M1000RR, M1000R and S1000R. The carbon-cased version of the same combination is GBM8821R+GBM8824SC; if you want the pillion pegs back, only the Grid-O system allows them.
Road Approval
No EC certificate is issued for this combination, and there is no catalytic converter in the gas path. Closed circuits only.
