DescriptionThe whole story▼
Same megaphone, bright finish, lower price. Spark's scotch-brite stainless is the version that suits a machine built around polished metal rather than around black.

- Removable db killer included.
- 60 mm inlet.
- Mounts on either side; the Spark logo is engraved on both flanks.

- Not approved — a Custom Works article, no certificate.
- Spark part number G00SI06IM, made in Mantova, Italy.
Scotch-Brite, Not Polish
Scotch-brite is a directional satin finish: the abrasive leaves a fine, even grain and the surface reads as brushed metal rather than as a mirror. It is the finish most custom builders ask for, because a mirror shows every fingerprint and every heat mark, and a brushed surface hides both.
It also ages well. Where a polished can goes cloudy after a season of heat cycles, a brushed one just gets a slightly deeper tone.
Choosing Between the Two Finishes
Spark builds this silencer in two versions and the difference is entirely cosmetic: this one, and the darkened G00SI06D at a higher price. Same case, same weight class, same insert, same inlet. Pick by what the rest of the motorcycle looks like, not by specification.
If the build has chrome or bare-metal detailing anywhere, the bright version is the one that belongs.
What You Still Need
A link pipe. The silencer arrives with its insert and its logo, and it ends in a 60 mm inlet that somebody has to connect to your header. On a custom build that is normally a fabricated piece; Spark's own bent tubes and straight tubes are sold for exactly this work and we list them alongside.
One Kilogram
Spark quotes a kilo for this megaphone, which puts it among the lightest steel cases anyone builds at this size. Wall thickness is the reason: a formed cone carries its own load and does not need the material a straight tube of the same length would.
Custom Works
Spark files these silencers under Custom Works rather than under any motorcycle, and the filing is honest. They are components for people who build, not parts for people who bolt on. If your project is further along than the parts list, send us a photograph of the header and we will tell you which adapter makes sense.
