Old Shape, New Method
Spark's own description of the Classic is a vintage-style silencer coming from the latest technology, and that is a fair summary of what it is. The profile belongs to the nineteen-sixties; the way the case is rolled, the way the seams are welded and the way the mouth is finished do not.
The practical consequence is a silencer that looks period on a cafe racer or a scrambler but does not behave like one. It does not rust from the inside in two winters and it does not go blue in patches.
Singly or in Pairs
Because the branding is on both flanks, one article number covers every layout. A single can on a thumper, two on a twin, two on one side of an inline four — all the same part, ordered as many times as the build needs.
Ceramic as an Option
Spark offers a black ceramic treatment on this case for anyone who wants the shape without the shine. It is applied to order rather than stocked, so tell us before we place the order rather than after. The factory-finished black version of the Classic is a separate article, G00SI07B.
Weight, in Context
One point six kilos is heavier than Spark's titanium cans and lighter than almost any original equipment silencer. For a custom build that is the right trade: stainless survives being knocked about in a workshop and being re-welded twice, and titanium does not forgive either.
Before You Order
This is a component, not a slip-on. It needs a link pipe made for your motorcycle and it comes with no certificate. On a road-registered bike in most of Europe that combination is a problem; on a custom, a track machine or a show build it is not. Ask us if you are unsure which side of that line your project sits on.

Within the EU, no — our prices already include all duties and EU VAT.
