LS2 revised the FF901 sun visor system in September 2023. Helmets from that date onwards take the newer screen, part 806701SVI01 (clear) or 806701SVI11 (tinted), together with the newer mechanism 806901SVS01. Helmets built before it take this one. The two are not interchangeable, and a screen from the wrong generation will not seat in the slider.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eHow to tell which you have: check the date stamp moulded into the strap label inside the helmet, or simply compare your existing shade against the photographs. If the helmet was bought new from us it is the later generation — this part is here for riders bringing an older Advant X or an FF906 back into service.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe internal shade is worth replacing rather than tolerating once it is marked.
