DescriptionThe whole story▼
BMW changed the M 1000 RR for 2025, and the Evolution Line that fits the earlier bike does not fit this one. This is the system built for it: titanium throughout, with newly designed oval flanges cast in Akrapovic's own foundry and a sandblasted titanium end cap instead of the carbon one used on the previous generation.
Key Features
- Built specifically for the 2025 and 2026 M 1000 RR — the earlier Evolution Line S-B10E10-APLT/1 explicitly does not fit this machine
- Newly designed oval flanges, cast in the Akrapovic in-house foundry rather than bought in
- Made entirely of titanium, with an embossed pattern running the length of the muffler into a sandblasted titanium end cap
- Carbon fibre muffler bracket already included — needed once the passenger footrests come off, and not charged separately
- The flagship of the Akrapovic range, used and tested by the company's own factory racing teams
- Four optional parts available: track day link pipe, racing subframe bracket, carbon heat shield and noise damper
- ECU remapping is mandatory
The Flange Is the Point
An oval header inlet is harder to seal and harder to make than a round one, and it exists because the port shape on this engine is oval. Akrapovic casts the flanges in its own foundry, which is what allows a shape like that to be produced to a tolerance that actually seals. It is the kind of detail that separates a system built for a specific machine from one adapted to it.
The end cap is sandblasted titanium rather than carbon fibre. On a bike whose bodywork is largely carbon already, the matt metal reads as a deliberate contrast instead of more of the same.
What This Page Does Not Claim
Akrapovic publishes no dyno figures for this part — no power, no torque, no weight, no sound level. Rather than borrow the numbers from the system for the previous M 1000 RR, which is a different exhaust on a different engine specification, this page carries none. If measured values matter to your decision, ask us and we will request them from the manufacturer.
Fitment and Compatibility
S-B10E11-APLT/1 fits the BMW M 1000 RR of model years 2025 and 2026 only. The product was developed and tested on EU-specification machines; fitment and performance on bikes built for other markets can differ. Optional parts: track day link pipe L-B10SO2, racing subframe muffler bracket P-X228, carbon heat shield P-HSB10E3 and noise damper V-TUV111.
Road Approval
None. This product does not meet emission compliance requirements for street or highway use. Fitting it to a road-registered motorcycle is the owner's legal responsibility.
